Speakers:

 Robert J. Chalfin is a CPA, attorney, and for the past 26 years a member of the adjunct faculty of The Wharton School where he teaches courses on Business Acquisition and Real Estate Entrepreneurship in the MBA and Executive MBA programs. He is the author of Selling Your IT Business: Valuation, Finding the Right Buyer, and Negotiating the Deal(John Wiley and Sons, Inc.) and has been quoted in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Newsweek. Bob received both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The Wharton School and a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers Law School.

 

 Paul Gazaleh is a CPA/ Accredited in Business Valuation.He is a frequent lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and other professional groups. He has authored a chapter on Tax and Accounting Aspects of Matrimonial Law in the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s Family Law Skills and Methods textbook. Paul received a Bachelor’s degree from Trenton State College (The College of New Jersey) and a Master’s degree from LaSalle University.
